Is there a per-trip or per-driver fee?+
No. All plans include unlimited trips and unlimited drivers. The only recurring charge is the monthly hosting/maintenance fee shown above.

Do I own my domain, content and apps?+
Yes. Your domain, website content and branded apps are yours. On Enterprise builds we also transfer source-code ownership.
