How much does taxi dispatch software cost in the UK?+
Entry-level cloud dispatch generally runs £2–£8 per vehicle per month or roughly £100–£150 per month for unlimited vehicles. Enterprise platforms such as Autocab, iCabbi and Cordic are quote-only and usually land materially higher once onboarding, hardware and support lines are included.
Do I need dispatch software for a 3-car fleet?+
Usually not for dispatch alone — three cars can be run from a phone. What a 3-car operator does need is a booking website that takes and prices jobs automatically, plus driver notifications. That is why our entry plan is a booking site with automated pricing, and dispatch becomes worthwhile from roughly 6–8 vehicles.
Can I switch dispatch providers without losing bookings?+
Yes. Export your data before serving notice, import into the new system, then run both platforms in parallel for the final week — new bookings into the new system, existing forward bookings served from the old one until they clear.
